The Sacred Flame
The Sacred Flame (1930) was a theatre production by The National Stage, based on the play by William Somerset Maugham. It was performed at the theatre's main stage.
Karl Bergmann directed it.
Magda Blanc played the role of Mrs. Tabret.
The Sacred Flame was also performed in 1931, and it visited Haugesund and Stavanger in September 1931.
The Sacred Flame was revived in 1941, at the time in Ole Bull Teatret, with three new actors in the cast. The revival marked Magda Blanc's 40th anniversary as an actress. This season, ten performances were given.
