"Aside from some lightly improvised lines we had two types of texts:

Variations over our favourite idioms, the rule number one of living for all true rear guards. They are here:
Better write a log ahead than looking back in hindsight. Better to be smart ahead than being in a lousy mood after. Better to be a horn ahead than being corn after. Better sell clothes than weather after. (Small selection of the phrases referred to here.)
(Translator's comment: The Norwegian version of the phrase better safe than sorry sounds bedre føre var enn etterpå snar, literally: Better to be prepared than being in haste after. The above phrases are increasingly nonsensical in Norwegian as well as in English.)

To begin with we had a hard time using literature onstage. Why is it so hard to use literature onstage during the largest literature festival in the Nordic countries? A likely hypothesis is that literature is not prioritised high enough: We know that lack of money can have literary stems dry in and rot and crumble. Hence the money disappears too, and sprouts in infertile ground die sooner than seeds going to seed.
Come to support from the government, or 'our tax money', foggy rumours and unreliable numbers, taken out of air for the sake of the argument, usually in certainty no one will remark the distance between the hollowness of the number to the cool world of reality. Many, for instance, think that there are governmental support protecting art, literature, music and other artistic expressions of high value and low marketability..."
