The Soldier's Tale
The Soldier's Tale (1980) was a production by The Norwegian National Opera & Ballet, based on a musical composition by Igor Stravinsky and a libretto by Charles Ferdinand Ramuz, after a Russian folk tale, collected by Afanasyev. The production was performed on the stage in the restaurant in the opera building.
Per E. Fosser directed it.
André Ludwicki choreographed it.
Fredrik Rütter danced the role of the devil, a role for which he was given Norwegian Critics' Award for dance in 1980.
