"The British playwright Caryl Churchill has written a stage text in which the spectator is presented for fragments of life, secrets, love and stories.
The themes of the scenes range widely between the downplayed and funny to the beautiful and mysterious, but all of them build on the title of the play; Love and Information. Is the human being at its deepest core just information? Our genes can be written as gene codes on paper, the light signal in the street sends us signals we decode and can one fall in love with a virtual personality? Can we receive information from God? Does one still have a wife if one has become too demented to remember who she is?"

Lillian Bikset, Livsfragmenter (literally: Life fragments), Dagbladet 22.05.2015:
"Caryl Churchill is a playwright who draws several, simultaneous and complex realities in each of her plays. She interweaves individual and societal issues; idea levels, sense levels, emotional levels, structural levels. It is often tempting to call her texts 'jigsaw puzzles', and Love and Information is in particular degree a puzzle. For the production at DNS Tim Carroll has made choices underlining this, through interactivity, explanations, making premises clear. The performance seems like a research lab, in which possible meanings of situations are played out."
