More

At the webpage of Black Box Teater the following, among other things, is written about Caliban Cannibal:

"Two refugees are stowed together in a tent. The tent functions as a temporary shelter for the two. At any time it can be obliterated by the first case of bad weather. All conversations and movements within the tent are kept under surveillance and projected on two screens. The two refugees do not know one another and try to share their stories even though they communicate in different languages."

Caliban Cannibal uses excerpts from the documentary Philosophers' Republic by Med Ali Ltaief and Darja Stocker.

Supported by: Santarcangelo•12•13•14, Face à Face/ Paroles d’Italie pour les scènes de France, Angelo Mai Altrove and ESC Atelier Autogestito.
