Much Ado about Nothing

Much Ado about Nothing (1981) was a theatre production by The National Theatre, based on the comedy by William Shakespeare. The production was performed at an elevated platform in front of the iron curtain of the theatre's main stage. The reason for this choice was a prior fire at the main stage, October 9 1980.

Toralv Maurstad directed the production.

Ellen Horn played the role of Beatrice.

Svein Sturla Hungnes played the role of Benedict.
