Anne Marie Ottersen acted in the role of Margaret - Maggie - and Anders Hatlo in the role of Brick. Knut Wigert and Liv (Strømsted) Dommersnes, who interpreted the roles of Brick's parents, had acted the roles of the young leading couple when The National Theatre had the Norwegian premiere of Cat on a Hot Tin Roof in 1956.
