"This year, 40 years have passed since Maryon Eilertsen graduated from The National Academy of Theatre, and this the theatre wants to celebrate with pomp and circumstance. Maryon has filled a number of great roles at several stages around the country. But there is one production in particular many will remember: The monologue theatre production Freak Mother by Franca Rame and Dario Fo, which she performed more than 200 times in all of Norway during the 1980es.
(...)
It is an extra pleasure that Frode Rasmussen is the one to direct this developed version. During the 1980es Rasmussen became known as our leading Dario Fo interpreter."
