In a press release from Dansens Hus the following, among other things, is written about LaLa Pop:
"In the performance the children meet two refined creatures, Lala and Pop, who are spontaneous and immediate in their examination and playfulness within a physical and verbal expression. They are innovative, playful and curious. Lala and Pop communicate with one another using movements, babbling and vocal sounds, eventually developing into words, nursery rhymes, song and dancing. Comic and absurd acts come to life in their playing, something that brings them into continuous new discoveries and challenges in a magical, strange world of imagination."
The production has been supported by: Arts Council Norway, The Audio Visual Fund and The Fund for Performing Artists.
