A Report to an Academy
A Report to an Academy (1963) was a theatre production by The National Theatre, based on a short story by Franz Kafka.
Jørn Ording directed it.
The production was the first to be performed at The Amphi Stage. A Report to an Academy was performed with De snille menneskene på broen* (The Kind People of the Bridge) by Fernand Berset and The Virtuous Burglar by Dario Fo.
In 1966 A Report to an Academy visited Bergen International Festival, where it was performed with the one-act play Hughie by Eugene O'Neill.
A Report to an Academy also visited Hälingborg in 1968.
*Not yet translated into the English. The title within parentheses is the Norwegian title's literal meaning.
