At the webpage of The Norwegian Theatre the following, among other things, is written about Big and Ugly:
"Big and Ugly is about life with little children, with the kind of sobriety and humour all who have, have had or plan to have children will find it easy to recognise. The difficult issue of early ultrasound or not is a dilemma one of the couples faces. For indeed it turns out that their son is not like everybody else. They are uncertain if they can handle taking care of another child, when the child they have is so demanding already."
