Ellen's story
Ellen's story (2005) was a theatre production by Guovssu Teahter. Ellen's story was based on a monologue by Christina Veronika Mauer with the same title. The production is based on the Kautokeino uprising of 1852 and a historical woman who took part in the uprising, Ellen Skum (26.5.1827-10.2 1895).
Anitta Suikkari directed it.
The monologue was played Rawdna Carita Eira.

Ellen's story was first shown to the middle schools, high schools and colleges in Finnmark in 2005 as part of the Cultural Schoolbag. After production traveled on tour in northern Norway, northern Sweden and northern Finland and concluded in Oslo.
