Homo Egg Egg

In Baktruppen’s alternative evolution stories in "Homo Egg Egg" we touch on the Neanderthals, the monkey-like, and the examples from Baktruppen’s own records. The incorporated racism of the mainstream evolution history is left, answering to the empirically sober streams of today, benefiting a less Olympic model of evolution (= taller, faster, wiser, wiser).

The stage is empty. Baktruppen is somewhere else. During the opening in Oslo Baktruppen acted behind the backdrop of the stage room, in three smaller rooms. Their activity was captured by eight video cameras. Baktruppen filmed and projected three large images on the backdrop of the stage room in which the audience sat. Two of the smaller rooms were used for a performance of text and action whereas the third was the location for a table tennis tournament. From the Brussels version of "Homo Egg Egg" Baktruppen acted under the audience amphi.
