Raskolnikov or Crime and Punishment
Raskolnikov orCrime and Punishment (1968) was a theatre production by The National Theatre, based on the novel by Fyodor Dostoyevsky. In Norwegian, the production used the title Raskolnikov. It was performed at the theatre's main stage.
Czech Jan Kacer directed it.
Joachim Calmeyer interpreted the title role.
The production was inspired by the Czech production Zlocin a Trest, which had opened at Cinoherni Klub in Prague April 20 1966.
Raskolnikov or Crime and Punishment was Lubos Hruza's first assignment as a stage designer at The National Theatre.
