In the concert performance Sirkel* (Circle) (2009) by Ane Lan Ane Lan and the ensemble of musicians/actors discussed five stages of human psyche. The performance was built through vocal harmonies, acoustic strings and images inspired by the Renaissance.

Sirkel* (Circle) by Ane Lan angled in the depth of a shared subconsciousness and inner attention. Purely with its uncomfortable presence the production challenged the audience to raise mentally challenging and disturbing questions regarding humanity’s state of mind.
