Skansespillet* (The Fortress Spectacle) is a widely ranging dramatic presentation of central episodes and events in the history of Blaker Skanse. The story is told through use of music, song, dance and references to historical events.
It is performed by local amateur actors.
In 2009 Skansespillet was performed as wandering theatre at Blaker Skanse while there was also a wandering through the history of Blaker Skanse from it was decided built in 1682/83 until the Norway-Sweden union in 1814.
