In the spring program of BIT Teatergarasjen 2000 the following is written about Happy Hour by Wendy Houstoun:
"Freelance choreographer and dancer Wendy Houstoun reaches for an expression that is both personal, potent and entertaining. She integrates dance/movement, text and humour, and thematically she aims for a reflection over the soreness of the social and private existence. (...) For Happy Hour she has joined forces with Tim Etchelles, writer and director in Forced Entertainment.
The piece is set in a bar, a "drinking piece" in which a barmaid uses satirical dialogue and solo dance in hinting about the bitter situation in Great Britain. The whole thing is completed with shocking clichés, bad jokes and drunken philosophy."
