Gjøkungen* (The Cuckoo Kid) (2012) is a production by Levende Dukker. Gjøkungen is a puppetry production about a cuckoo kid that is "big, hungry and without musical talent".
The performance tells about a cuckoo kid looking all different from the other birds when hatched. Levende Dukker questions identity and belonging, and the cuckoo kid asks: "Who am I?" and "Where is my flock?"
