In the performance Peepshow Marilyn: Gentlemen Prefer Dead Blondes the performance artist Kate Pendry performed live, real body modifications using her own body, staged as Marilyn Monroe in the moment of death.
16 fish hooks penetrated Pendry's skin as a dramatisation of her own and Marilyn's pain.
Peepshow Marilyn lasted approximately three hours. The music was composed especially for the production by Little Death Orchestra, with voice-work by the artist.
