Through discussion, physical practises and meditation Nadia Ross' workshop dealt with what happens while a performer is onstage. The emphasis was on the interaction and paying attention in the moment, plus giving in to and using inspiration. Paying attention: real time on stage was aimed towards performing artists and dance artists.
