In the season program of BIT Teatergarasjen for the autumn of 1999 the following is written about Strålkastere* (High beam headlights) by Pernilla Nilsson and Sissel Lillebostad:
"Text meets dance. Writer Pernilla Nilsson developed a distinct, personal voice and at a young age. The rhythm of the text is prominent. Here, Erik Rullin is a dancer and performer. He tells a story one can't convey without a certain resistance.
Between story and dance a tension arises, and the meaning of the words keeps adjusting in surprising ways. In the background one can see Lillebostad's vital video motive of a playing child who, with the head over water or inside a gymnastics ring, fearlessly twirl in circles."
Strålkastere by Pernilla Nilsson and Sissel Lillebostad was supported by the municipality of Bergen and Billedkunstnernes Vederlagsfond.
