More

Vasilissa is sent to fetch a needle and thread from a woman in the woods, but what she doesn’t know is that the woman is the terrible witch Baba Jaga, eating beautiful girls the way the rest of us eat chickens. But Baba Jaga hasn’t taken into account the magical doll Vasilissa The Beautiful got from her late mother. This doll helps her through the dangers.

Stella Polaris is experienced in producing narrative theatre according to age-old traditions, mixed with modern narrative techniques. Vasilissa The Beautiful was no exception to this rule. It was performed in a way by the actor giving life to the characters using song, movement and music.
