In time and it will snow
The short dance duet In time and it will snow by Winter Guests/Alan Lucien Øyen was written as a series of fictional journal entries describing the last year in the life of a terminally ill patient.
Two dancers recite text and dance two sides of the same story.
The piece was made for and won the First Prize at the 2007 Kuopio Dance Festival choreographic competition (Finland).
In time and it will snow by Winter Guests/Alan Lucien Øyen was supported by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs/MFA (travel grant/performing arts).
