Debatt: Vi fikk en ny kultur i går* (Debate: We got a new culture yesterday) was hosted by Christian H. Rafn (leader of Sunne organisasjoner as).

The panel consisted of:

Henrik Seip (Daily manager of Seip International Risk and former director for country analyses in Telenor, Norway’s main telecom company)

Pia Maria Roll (performing artist)

Guro Slettemark (general secretary, Transparency International Norge)

Veronica Morino (daily manager, Septia Group)

Chris McCormick (who after a long career within international corporations started working with business culture and integrity)

"Daily we are bombarded with good, healthy ideas: Corporate Social Responsibility, Codes of Conduct, Ethical rules, Values, Visions, Missions, Environmental Rules etc. Does it really make a difference for the culture and the individual, or is it just hot air, with the purpose of making an expression on the public, without improving the morals of the employees, the customers or the deliverer the least bit? What really happens to the ethics and integrity of Norwegian leaders and workers as of today? Are we becoming more ethical, or is that just a myth? Many leaders believe that they can introduce a new culture overnight. How does one build a sustainable ethically sound culture? At Black Box we try to get beyond the clichés regarding this important issue."
