MEGA RICH COMPANY’S MONEY GIVEAWAY SHOW offers the Norwegian economy a sorely needed boost that can help selected Norwegians in this crisis. 

Would you like to be the lucky recipient of NOK 39,000? There are only five rules that you have to follow. How much are you worth?

"We are in an economic situation that is unbearable for normal people. Inflation is at a skyhigh level, taxes are increasing and prices are rising. But MEGA RICH COMPANY has had historically high profits in the last tax year," says Sigrid Johannesen. Ida Grarup adds: "Therefore we in MEGA RICH COMPANY have decided to give away NOK 39,000 in cash. It’s the least we can do." 

IN MEGA RICH COMPANY’s The big MONEY GIVEAWAY SHOW, MEGA RICH COMPANY allows the audience to share NOK 39,000 between them, using a set of five strict rules. 

The audience has 1.5 hours to do this, and there are only 5 rules ...

Through this social experiment we strive to reflect the way money is distributed in modern, western democracies, and to place the audience in a microcosmos of the dilemmas and conflicts of interest that our politicians face.

During the performance, a presenter will facilitate the audience’s debate, and the practical distribution of the money. A finance expert will (via sound clips) give the audience sufficient insight to allow them to choose how they will distribute the money."
