Stonework
Stonework (2023) was a production by Espen Hjort og Mees Borgman / Landmarks Collective. The production’s concept was a duet between a human and a stone from the Hallingskarvet mountain range.
The production was performed as part of Heddadagene 2023.

From Black Box teater’s season programme for 2023:
"Stonework is about vibrations, temperature and gravity, and about two bodies trying to understand each other. The performance is exploratory and playful. It is based on a desire to enter into an equal relationship with the stone and create a performance that takes account of the stone's perspective and inner life. Composer Seán ó Dálaigh has created music based on this stone's unique frequency. In this universe that lies on the border between physical theatre, installation and concert, can we perhaps become infected with a more intimate relationship with stones?"
