Mandala
Mandala (2003) was an art performance by Verdensteatret.
In September 2003 two Tibetan monks came from the mountains of Northern India to Bergen. They came to create a mandala; a painting in sand, showing a two-dimensional image of the cosmos. A mandala shall always be destroyed immediately after the creation is completed - as the last part of the process/cycle. This happened in Bergen as well.
