From Black Box teater’s season programme 2024:

"Seasons is an audiovisual theater performance that explores the uncanniness of the broken time cycle of the seasons and how this affects our feelings, memories and perception of time. Starting from the ruins of the idea of the four seasons, new fictions and scenic images are created, around strange experiences of seasons that both disappear and escalate. The performance is staged as a dramatic anthology where various texts in combination with audiovisual images create an unpredictable and suggestive whole about alternative ways of relating to the seasons.

Seasons has been developed during work on the theater performances Bergfiktioner (2022) and Putting the garden to sleep (2021), in which large parts of the working group also participated on stage. These projects share a common examination of people's relationships with different places and how this affects us culturally and existentially. Thematic seeds from these projects, together with the development of the working group's aesthetic and audiovisual method, have laid the foundation for Seasons."
