Schhh! by Teater Grimsborken follows the (anti)hero Fuglemannen (literally: The Bird Hero) through different stages of life, mixed with the absurdities of life, the trivialities of tabloid press and the clichés of popular culture.
John Arne "Jason" Sæterøy wrote the graphic novel Schhh!, which Schhh! is based on. Sæterøy’s books have been translated to nine languages and in addition to several international awards he received Norwegian book award the Brage Prize in 2005. He was nominated in the open category for his album Let me show you something.
Schhh! was supported by the Freedom of Expression Foundation Fritt Ord, The Audio Visual Fund, The Norwegian Actors’ Equity Association’s fund for freelancers and The Fund for Performing Artists.
