How to. A score (Black Box teater)
How To. A Score. (2022) was a dance production by Mia Habib in collaboration with Janne Camilla Lyster. The production was first performed at Black Box teater, Oslo, on 10 November 2022. How To. A Score. at Black Box Teater comprised three solos:
Julie Nioche: Spirales
Tommy Noonan: Assembly
Mia Habib: Ei øving i demon ("An exercise in demon")
How To. A Score. was composed of a total of six solos, by six different dancers from six different countries. The production was divided in two parts: three solos were performed at Dansens Hus and three at Black Box teater.
The choreographers worked with the local community in their own countries and then developed this work in their solos. The dancers met for the first time in Oslo.
