Flooding with Love for The Kid by Zachary Oberzan was made with a budget of 96 dollar and with Oberzan himself as director, cameraman, film editor and actor performing all the approximately 20 roles.
Zachary Oberzan recorded all of Flooding with Love for The Kid in his own little apartment in Manhattan. The movie is a so-called remake of Rambo - First Blood and repeats all the original movie’s scenes and lines. With the theatre company Nature Theatre of Oklahoma Oberzan has made a theatre production over the same theme. In Rambo solo he gives the audience his personal presentation of his relationship to the original movie. Scenes from Flooding with Love for The Kid are also shown in the performance.
The movie and the production have both been shown in Norway, at different occasions.
