Jakten på den magiske purre* (The hunt for the magical leek) is a theatre production for children by Teatergruppen Syltetøys. On the webpage of the theatre company one can read the following about the production: "Prince Waldemar has a magical leek which does everything the prince commands. But one day the leek is disappeared. The prince goes out on a hunt with the castle rat Unnikk Ønnikk. Along the way they meet the beautiful princess Vaskepott (a play of words on the Norwegian name for Cinderella, Askepott, and the word Vaske, which means washing), and the prince falls in love. What should he choose? Stay with the princess or search for the magical leek?"
