Holiday Sauce ... Pandemic! (2020) was a digitised performing arts production by Taylor Mac in collaboration with Pomegranate Arts, Nature's Darlings, The International Ibsen Award and The National Theatre of Norway. Holiday Sauce ... Pandemic was based on a concept and a musical album by Taylor Mac. The production was made available online.

Taylor Mac was the recipient of The International Ibsen Award 2020. Holiday Sauce ... Pandemic! was made available for a small fee (100 Norwegian Kroner) at the occasion of the awards ceremony for the award. The webcast of the awards ceremony itself was made available at the same time, for free. Both webcasts were available from December 12, 2020, through January 2, 2021.
The album Holiday Sauce was released in November 2020.
