The Norwegian National Opera is coming (2020) was a mobile ballet production by The Norwegian National Opera & Ballet. The Norwegian National Opera is coming was performed in May and June 2020. A group of dancers performed at a mobile outdoors stage near nursing homes, senior centres and similar. The aim was to reach those who had felt long-term isolation the most during the Corona pandemic the spring of 2020. For the sake of protection against the virus, these performances were not open to audiences beyond this.
