Plis/sons by Laurent Dupont takes place in a circle where the objects are selected due to shape and material. The room allows the performers to surprise both eyes and ears. The reflection play between sounds, stage design and light invites the audience to discover a hidden world.

The production invites babies, toddlers and their parents to embark on a visual journey in sound.

Plis/sons was inspired by the myth about the love between Echo and Narcissus.

Plis/sons and the production Wolf, Wolf were developed within the EU project Glitterbird. The project was initiated and led by the professsors Ellen Os and Leif Hernes at the University College of Oslo. Glitterbird was the largest and most expansive art project ever initiated and led from Norway. Glitterbird aimed to examine and develop performing arts for small children. The project included a total of five countries: Norway, Denmark, Finland, Hungary and France.
