The Norwegian Arctic Philharmonic Orchestra (NAPO) consists of Tromsø Symphony Orchestra, Bodø Sinfonietta, Opera Nord, mib (Musikkteater i Bodø). The latter two also constitute The Norwegian Arctic Opera.

MiB or Musikkteater i Bodø was established the autumn of 1999 and aspires to produce and present musical theatre in Bodø and the surrounding region. MiB also functions as a collaboration partner for visiting musical theatre productions elsewhere from. In 2009 MiB became part of The Norwegian Arctic Philharmonic Orchestra (NAPO).
