Oslo International Acting Festival
Oslo International Acting Festival is an annual arena for research, examination and debate concerning the art of acting.
The festival is arranged by The National Academy of Theatre, Oslo National Academy of the Arts and The Norwegian Actors' Centre, in collaboration with a number of players, nationally and internationally.
2012 was the first year the festival was arranged, and its theme was "methods and techniques". The theme for 2013 was "audience".

Every year the festival gives out Oslo International Acting Festival's pedagogical award to a central, international theatre pedagogue who has excelled throughout a long career. The award is a sculpture designed by Camilla Skribrek.
During the festival The Norwegian Actors' Centre also gives out its own award; Frilansprisen (The Freelance Award).
