Homo Alibi
Homo Alibi, established in 2000, is an international theatre biennial arranged in Riga, Latvia, in between the Homo Novus festivals. Both festivals are organized by Latvijas Jaunā teātra institūta.
Homo Alibi takes as its task to provide a platform and room for introduction of a special issue through performances, lectures, presentations and workshops. So far Homo Alibi festivals have been dedicated to solo performances, new playwriting, use of new media in performing arts, theatre and visuality, object theatre and the lecture performance genre.
