Øra Industripark
Øra Industripark is a park with a deep water pier, tanks and industrial facilities with basis in industry, technical professions and creative enterprises. The park is located in Fredrikstad.
In the area is the art centre called Hydrogenfabrikken kunstsenter, a centre of workshops, ateliers for creative enterprises with a large exhibition and conference hall, and Velferdshuset, a centre for music, dance, theatre and food, with a conference hall seating 350 persons plus several smaller conference rooms.
