Mona Karstensen has worked with theatre and culture since 1995.
Since 2005 Mona Karstensen has been the creative force behind most of the activities and events taking place at the height called Fløyen, as assigned by Fløibanen AS.
Maskerade is a combination of an event bureau and a firm working backstage on theatre production. Mona Karstensen hires other freelancers when necessary.
