Zidan Salama Institute for Culture and Arts

The Zidan Salama Institute for Culture and Arts began its activities in 2002 in Shefa-Amer, Israel. The Institute established the Zidan Salama Pantomime School, which is directed by actor Said Salama.

The Zidan Salama Institute for Culture and Arts organises the International Annual Pantomime Festival.

The pantomime school is the first professional pantomime school in the Arab community. It provides the opportunity for a wide Palestinian and Jewish audience to experience pantomime theatre. Furthermore, Said Salama and the school’s pupils several times have been invited to perform all over the country and internationally.
