Fra en kus dagbok* (From the diary of a cow) is a children’s book by the Swedish writer Beppe Wolgers.

The book is about a cow called FleskFia, who lives a dull life in her stall. Days are predictable, characterised by routine and terribly boring. The only highlight is when the farmer comes to milk her.

The original title in Swedish is Ur en kos dagbok.
