Uprising
Uprising is a choreographic work by Hofesh Shechter, who was characterised as "one of the most inventive new choreographic voices to turn up in quite a while" by dance critic Roslyn Sulcas in New York Times.
Uprising is inspired by the suburban riots in Paris in 2006, and is a strictly constructed, raw and physically challenging work for seven male dancers.
