Tower of Babel
Tower of Babel (1911) is a comedy by Gabriel Scott. The topic is the Norwegian language conflict between the two language forms bokmål (standarised Norwegian, related to Danish and originally identified as an urban way of speaking) and nynorsk (literally New Norwegian, at the time called landsmål or rural language).
The original title in Norwegian was Babels tårn.
