Manuela Agnesini got a Mastership in Art at Art University in Bologna (Italy) and after a formation and fiew experiences in Italian contemporary dance environment, including Butoh dance (Ko Murobushi Company), in 1990 she moved to Paris, where she lived for 10 years, working as dancer (cie Paco Decina, cie l¹Esquisse, cie Elsa Wolliaston, etc.) as well as in contemporary theatre (Didier-George Gabily, etc.).
In 1999 she co-founded, with Christophe Bergon and Enrico Clarelli, also belonging to theatre and dance,  “lato sensu museum” - a sentence composed by Latin expressions which means  “museum in a large meaning” -, kind of object to work out projects including, according to the starting idea, body, voice, texts, video, etc.
