About Frank Kjosås

Frank Kjosås (born July 28 1981 in Øystese in Hardanger) is a Norwegian actor.

He was educated at The National Academy of Theatre in the period 2003 to 2006, and has been an employee of The Norwegian Theatre since then. Prior to the academy he studied at Baardar Dance Institute for a year, and he also attended the non-degree granting college of Romerike.

Frank Kjosås made his debut at The Norwegian Theatre in the role of Woof in Hairin 2006.

Since then his roles include the title role of Peter Pan (2007), Haemon in Death in Thebes (2008), Davey in The Lieutenant of Inishmore (2008), Judas in Jesus Christ Superstar (2009), Frank in Forever Young (2009), Gabe in Next to Normal (2010), Petrell in Pains of Youth (2011) and Jesus in The Bible (2013), all of the mentioned at The Norwegian Theatre.

At Hålogaland Theatre he interpreted the title role of Hamlet in 2012.

Frank Kjosås is married to actress Marie Blokhus.
