George du Maurier
George du Maurier (1834-1896) was a French-British writer.
He was the father of the actor Gerald du Maurier and the grandfather of the writers Angela du Maurier and Daphne du Maurier. He was also the father of Sylvia Llewelyn Davies, and thus the grandfather of the five boys who inspired J. M. Barrie's book Peter Pan.
