Liane Venturella

Liane Venturella is one of the most sought-after performers in Southern Brazil. She has received several awards, including for the best acting presentation of the year in 1989 (awarded by the actors’ association in the region of Rio Grande Do Sul) and for the best female main character in 2003 (awarded by the cultural department in Porto Alegre).

Liane Venturella has acted in plays such as The Decameron after Boccaccio, The Servant of Two Masters by Goldoni, and The Baron in the Trees after Italo Calvino – all with the company Stravaganza. Liane Venturella acted in All Nudity Shall be Punished by Nelson Rodrigues, directed by Ramiro Silveira. Her movies include Pesadelo, directed by Tómas de Creus, Até, directed by Gilson Vargas, and A Feijoada, directed by Jaime Lerner.
