George Axelrod

George Axelrod (born June 9, 1922 – dead June 21, 2003) was an American screenwriter, producer, playwright and film director. Axelrod is best known for his play The Seven Year Itch (1952) which was adapted into a movie of the same name starring Marilyn Monroe.
