Ohad Naharin

Ohad Naharin is an Israeli choreographer, dancer and musician. He started his career as a dancer at the Israeli company Batsheva. Later he studied in USA where he danced for several companies. In 1980 Ohad Naharin made his debut as a choreographer in New York, where he led his own company for ten years. Since 1990 Ohad Naharin has been artistic director for Batsheva Dance Company. Several leading dance ensembles have works of Naharin in their repertoires.
